1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking services with B&D Signature Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

B&D Signature Detailing provides premium mobile auto detailing services. Our vans are fully equipped with our own spot-free water and power. We require that your vehicle be legally parked in a location where we can safely perform our services without violating local ordinances or HOA rules.

3. Quotes and Pricing

The quotes provided via our website assessment tool are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price will be confirmed upon an in-person inspection of the vehicle before any work begins. We enforce an "Ironclad Upfront Pricing" rule—no hidden fees or bait-and-switch tactics.

4. Payment Terms

You hold the leverage. Payment is due only upon completion of the service and your final inspection. We accept cash, major credit cards.

5. Pre-Existing Damages & Liability Waiver

Before starting the detail, our technicians will conduct a walk-around inspection with you (or document it via photos/video) to note any pre-existing damage, scratches, peeling clear coat, or interior tears. B&D Signature Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damages, mechanical issues, or electronic malfunctions that occur during the normal detailing process.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value our strictly capped availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future services.

7. SMS Communications

By opting into communications, you agree to receive SMS text messages regarding your service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to cancel at any time.
